After high school I didn't receive a scholarship to a university because of my SAT scores, this was a heavy blow to me because I worked so hard but came up a little short. Even though I came up short all this did was motivate me to go harder, for the next two years I attended Prince Georges Community College for two years. At PGCC I achieved two back to back regional basketball championships which would help me to get a few scholarship offers to universities.
When my two years were up I received a basketball scholarship to Bloomsburg University
